The business was established in 2004 when a definite need for Human Resources (“HR”) and Industrial Relations (“IR”) services in the SME and Public Sector markets were identified. On 1st of March 2014 the company started operating as HR inc with Areth Serfontein owner of HR inc.
All the consultants at HR inc have extensive experience in all areas of industrial relations, human resources and related services. HR inc is a one-stop human capital solution for small to medium-sized businesses, in which a full time HR function is generally not viable or justified. In addition, HR inc has performed work for parastatal and quasi-government organisations.
Since our incorporation we have expanded our focus to larger organisations where external expert assistance is required. The business has now been in operation for 10 years and we are in a position to offer companies the benefit of outsourcing its entire HR function to an experienced and dedicated external HR service provider. HR inc differentiates itself as a competent HR and IR consultancy in an environment characterised by fragmented “one person” operators who mostly focus on IR related work and have limited HR knowledge and experience.
